Integrity. Honesty. Tact. Responsibility. Accountability. These are core values that don’t just happen because you want them to. These are build, sustained and grown into the fabric of your facility’s culture.
These nice sounding words require us to do much more than say them or refer to them on occasion. They require a systematic approach to defining and implementing them.
In this course we’ll show you what they are, why they are so important, and how to use these “agreements” to build and be a part of a world class, high performance culture. If you’re new to having a job or you’ve been around the block a few times, this course provides the language, clarity and reasoning that must of us “know” but have some difficulty in articulating for ourselves and the teams we’re on.
